I understand that you intend to tape or otherwise record my participation in the teleseminar I am signing up for. I consent to your use of my voice and participation, in whole or in part, in these recordings or other derivative materials based on them. And I understand that you may intend to use them for educational, promotional and commercial applications.

I waive all rights of copyright or ownership in or to the resulting commercial or educational and informational materials in which I appear, and acknowledge no monetary or other compensation is provided in exchange for waiving this right.

You shall have the right to reproduce, redistribute, prepare derivative works based on, publicly perform and display, advertise and publicize my participation in these materials without compensation to me.

This release shall be governed in accordance with British Columbia, Canada law, may be amended only in writing, and constitutes the entire agreement of parties with respect to its subject matter. Any disputes arising hereunder or concerning the subject matter of this release shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, in accordance with the Commercial Rules arbitration of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Association.
